Like many teens this past year I attended a Steubenville conference prior to Transform Your World. As I was leaving the Steubenville Conference Sunday morning for TYW I began to feel unworthy and almost “not Catholic enough” to attend TYW. I thought I had to have it all together. I was slowly learning this was the devil that was telling me so many lies...

This is where God wanted me. Let alone they opened up with a talk about not having to have it all together to be here. We were all just simply called here for a purpose. The week was full of truth, beauty, and goodness that I did not want to completely leave behind. I learned that I could bring this truth, beauty, and goodness to others at home. I may be the only time someone could experience the love of God and hear the good news of Jesus Christ. I was called to love always and to be genuine in every conversation I had. This camp means a lot to me. This camp is truly forming intentional disciples to go out and love. I learned that anytime spent with God in prayer is not wasted even if your mind wanders… God is working always. I have become more consistent in my prayer life and hope to continuously grow. I learned the devil is our biggest enemy. He is always trying to win us over and we must be ready to fight the battle. I love TYW and it will always hold a special place in my heart along with the people. They are so selfless and loving. TYJ for TYW.
