A more than 20-year veteran of youth ministry, Jim has served in various roles of leadership in youth ministry on local, regional, and national levels. Jim has developed Catechetical and youth ministry training resources for years, and has served as a trainer for many national organizations, including Franciscan University, Life Teen, and the National Service Committee. Jim is a nationally-known speaker and trainer. He serves on the editorial board and is a frequent contributor for Formed Magazine, and has contributed articles to other publications: St. Anthony Messenger Press, New Covenant Magazine, and Our Sunday Visitor. Jim is also the author and founder of YDisciple, a series of teen discipleship and leadership formation resources. Jim and his wife, Meg, live in Highlands Ranch, CO, with their five children: Aaron, Claire, Daniel, Jonathan and Brian.
Tony is a dedicated husband and father of five who has been inspiring audiences young and old for 17 years. He has spent the last 13 years married to his beautiful wife Kelly in Wichita Kansas. His many experiences of being raised in a large adoptive family and helping many people in need over his life arms him with stories to captivate any audience. Tony earned his degree in Religious Studies, Philosophy and Youth Ministry from Benedictine College in 2000. He has had his hand in many areas of ministry and teaching. He has been involved in parish youth ministries and PSR programs as well as teaching at both the high school and college levels. He is the co-founder and co-leader of the Knights of the Holy Queen, a young mens group dedicated to living the virtue of chivalry and Marian devotion. Chris Padgett is a speaker, musician, and author who has traveled the country for more than a decade. Using music and message, Padgett communicates Christ's love and forgiveness to youth and adults alike. A founding member of Scarecrow and Tinmen, Chris Padgett wrote, recorded, and toured with this popular Christian band for seven years. He also has nine solo albums to his credit. In 2005, his song “Wonder” won the Unity Award for Rock Song of the Year. The music video of “I’m in Love” from his 2007 album Impact premiered with outsidedabox.com. Chris is a convert to the Catholic faith, entering the Church at Easter in 1999. He earned his M.A. in theology from Franciscan University in 2006, and he is working toward his doctorate in sacred theology from the International Marian Research Institute. Chris has been married to his high school sweetheart for over 20 years and has nine children. He has also appeared on television and radio and has been a regular speaker and entertainer at Steubenville youth conferences.
Sarah Swafford is the founder of Emotional Virtue Ministries She speaks to people of all ages on a wide variety of topics such as: Emotional Virtue, Dating and Relationships, Modesty with Intentions, and Interior Confidence. She is a graduate of Benedictine College and has been involved in ministry for over ten years. Sarah shares her message at school assemblies, retreats, rallies, and conferences across the country and is the author of Emotional Virtue: A Guide to Drama-Free Relationships. She has appeared on EWTN's Life of the Rock, EWTN Live, is co-host of the show "At the Heart of Relationships," and has been featured in the National Catholic Register. He and his beautiful wife, Maria, have been married for 15 years, homeschool their seven children, and live in Wichita, Kansas.
